(NYC) 31st Ave Open Street Collective is a community-led nonprofit in Astoria, Queens that manages and programs the 31st Avenue Open Street, creating car-free public spaces for cultural events, local businesses, and neighborhood gatherings focused on public space advocacy and inclusive programming.
Art’s House Schools (NYC) Art’s House Schools serves the Coney Island community in Brooklyn with art, music, and dance classes and programs for children and young adults that emphasize self confidence and creative self-expression. Classes and programs at Art’s House Schools are for artists, musicians, and dancers at all levels.

Los Angeles Conservancy (Los Angeles, CA) The Los Angeles Conservancy is a nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving and revitalizing Los Angeles’s historic architecture and cultural heritage.
Tecumseh Theater (Shawnee, Ohio) 1908 theater building located on Main Street in Shawnee, OH, the building has long history as a gathering space for the community since it was built. Abandoned in 1960, it was saved from the wrecking ball by local citizens in 1976. Current owners, the Sunday Creek Associates, have persevered in using the history and architecture of the building to support its preservation.
